We are often asked many questions of clients who are interested in building a new home.  These are some of the common questions. If you have other questions, please let us know.

Q:  Do you customize?

A:  Yes we do. Most builders will no longer allow a buyer to personalize your new home. We encourage it and will assist you in this process.

Q:  How long does it take to build a new home?

A:  The average build time takes about 6-8 months, and we build new homes all year round.

Q:  Will you build our new home if we have to sell our home before we buy?

A:  Yes, we offer options to assist with this contingency.

Q:  Where do you build?

A:  We have several new neighborhoods throughout the Metro Area. We can also build “off site” on a lot of your choosing.  If we do not currently have the location you desire, we’ll go find it for you.

Q:  Do you offer financing?

A:  Yes, we can have your new home financed and built on your behalf.  We offer new construction financing options.

Q:  Is the “White painted kitchen” still popular?

A:  Yes, the white enameled kitchen is here to stay. This style option has been very popular for decades. It is a bright and beautiful feature. But, it  doesn't mean that you have to have it that way in your new home. If you desire the beauty of natural stained woodwork, we offer this as well. I recommend that you select what you love.
